Cambridgeshire County Cricket Club Statement on Safeguarding The ECB is clear that cricket should be a game for everyone. Young people in particular are the future of our sport so it's vital that they experience cricket in a safe, friendly, secure and enjoyable environment. Cambridgeshire County Cricket Club is fully committed to making cricket a welcoming, safe, inclusive and enjoyable sport for young and old. The Cambridgeshire County Cricket Club website has all our safeguarding policies listed here on a clear separate page recognising the importance of safeguarding for adults, young people, women and boys. We also have a clear EDI policy, following the guidance and statement of the ECB equality, diversity and inclusion procedure. The ECB's policy for Safeguarding Children in cricket is called "Safe Hands" and Cambridgeshire Cricket have adopted Safe Hands to underpin all cricket activity in the county.
